Training can be difficult knowing what we need to accomplish our goals and knowing if the program we are doing will get us the desired results hoped for. Our training programs are designed to match each individual to their unique fingerprint. Our goal is to listen and provide a way to best meet you with the time you have allotted to training in the safest, quickest, and most innovative ways.

SCE Fitness Online Training is for people who are beginning their fitness journey, those who are seasoned professionals, and everyone in between.

Our heart is to come alongside and give you the tools you need for therapy, growth, and ongoing change toward your goals through all of life's ups and downs.

Training Online will give you the ability to talk with master coaches through your journey, answer questions and give you the motivation and direction that is conducive to your long-term goals and the overall enjoyment we need to make it all stick.

Watch videos to make sure your biomechanics, technique, and exercise are correct.
Your workouts will work through Phase1: Foundational & Functional Training, Phase 2: Hypertrophy Training, Phase 3: Strength, Phase 4 Power, Phase 5: Put It All Together!
Learn about injury prevention, blood flow, the art of myofacial release, and how to feel your best for each workout.
Access to 100's of dynamic exercises that will help with the development of stabilizers, blood flow, and the build-up of synovial fluid which will help you feel your best as the workout begins.
Access to Myzone, a heart rate monitor system, that will help us dig deeper, get you the results you most desire 10x faster, and keep you motivated through our challenges that pay out (lots of money!) from time to time.

Ability to ask questions and address your concerns throughout the longevity of your time with our master coaches.
Access to our nutritionist to help you develop a plan that is best for you and your goals.
Access to the SCE Family and others that are online who can share your victories. Questions answered and information sent out weekly so you will learn and grow. Receive fun and delicious recipes that will keep you looking forward to your next meal.
Optional in-house or online check-ins: You will have access to coming in once every 8 weeks to check in and go over questions concerns, body composition help maximize your success.
